Cingular Roaming?

Where can I find a map of the world with the Cingular Free Roaming marked on it?

OR

Is it free roaming for Cingular Customers in Montego Bay, Jamaica; Cozumel, Mexico; and Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands?

1Well, it won't be free, that I can tell you... None of the areas you mention are "free"... You should contact Cingular Customer Service (stop groaning..) and tell them you want to use the phone outside the US, and get the roaming rates. You can sign up for 'preferred rates' which vary depending on the country you are going to. If you do not plan to use that many minutes, just use the standard rate plan.

Tip! If your phone rings when you are outside the country, you WILL get an airtime charge even if you do not answer the phone. Hidden little charge they whip at you. Then, if the caller leaves you a voiemail just use a calling card to dial into your voicemail to pick up messages. A LOT cheaper!
