Any International Roaming problems from Cabo San Lucas? I use Sprint. Does caller id work?

I will be going in two weeks and need to call back for business and personal reasons, but don't want everyone to know I'm in Cabo. Will my calls come through as me or as "unknown" or will it show up as an international call? Are there any problems getting calls out of the area or receiving calls?

1Sorry, don't know a thing about Sprint phones in cabo. Why don't you call them? Second, there is a huge cellular tower in Cabo, phone reception is great. And about 80% of the population of phone users use cells, not land lines.
